At first glance you may think that we are back home with Conor's family in Maryland or on vacation somewhere near the coast. Wrong! This is a lighthouse here in Oklahoma! We went to dinner at a restaurant near a lake we have here about 15 minutes from our place and this was what we found. We had a good laugh about this mini lighthouse that is at the lake and the tiny slip of boats beside it. We know what lighthouses are really for and I seriously doubt that the boaters on Lake Heffner need to worry about rocky coast lines and shallow waters! I guess the Sooner State is just trying to make us feel at home.
